Top 10 Best Portable Vaporizers of 2020 Ranked

By the Way, Furna, a Waterloo, Ontario-based vape startup, has launched its new vape called learn what is vaporizer, designed by former BlackBerry execs - aimed at a similar market as the Pax 3.

If you're looking for the best mobile dry herb vaporizer, you are in the ideal location! We have tested hundreds of distinct mobile vaporizers and whittled them down to 10.

2021 has now begun and we are anticipating the releases that come out this season. Nothing big has ever been released yet but we will definitely update this page once we see anything exciting encounter out!

Mighty

Even though the Mighty has been available for almost four decades now it succeeds as the best portable dry herb vaporizer. The pulls are smooth and flavorful which is precisely what you're looking for in a fantastic mobile vaporizer.

Not merely is that the vapor quality great, but it is super simple to use.  There's a screen on the device with easy up and down controls to the temperature. Additionally, it has a built-in safety feature that turns it off in case you forget.

The Mighty uses a mix of both conduction and convection heating techniques which is improved by Storz & Bickel, the manufacturer of the Volcano and Mighty. They also built in grating across the side that cools down the vapor (which is important since it is in your hand).

The Mighty already had one of the best battery lifestyles of any portable but it had been upgraded in 2018 with 20 percent more battery life. Meaning you may use it for nearly two hours without plugging in which can last you a weekend or more. It also features pass through charging which means you may use it while it is plugged in. This comes in handy when you

While it might not be as mobile as other possibilities, it doesn't need to be. It's small enough to carry on trips and is the best size for home use. It isn't cheap, but you really get what you pay for.

2. Arizer Solo two

The Arizer Solo 2 is the follow up to the mega popular Solo. Arizer is a world famous brand for a reason: they create stellar dry herb vaporizers that function well for a reasonable price.

The main reason the Solo 2 comes in second is because of its remarkable battery life.  That's most likely the greatest battery life of any portable vaporizer you may find in 2021.

Not only is the battery life leading, but the vapor quality is wonderful. The vapor itself remains cool due to the long glass atmosphere path.

Don't worry if you're in a hurry too! The Arizer Solo 2 warms up in about 20 minutes that means that you can go from dry herb to vapor very quickly. The electronic controls are slick and easy to use.

Just like the Mighty, the Arizer Solo 2 is not quite pocketable because it has a glass tube that you pull from, but the battery lifetime and vapor quality more than make up for this. If you're looking for an amazing portable vaporizer at a reasonable price, definitely think about the Solo 2.

We also didn't include the Arizer Air 2 in this list but it deserves a mention. It is basically a bigger version of the Solo 2 with a worse battery life.

3.  Firefly 2+

When the first Firefly hit the market it blew a lot of people's heads. It is a convection herb vaporizer that heats up in a few minutes which has cool, thick vapor. There were a few complaints round the dimensions, lack of temperature control and battery life though.

They fixed that up in the second edition. The Firefly 2 is over 30% smaller, 50 percent Quicker, with advanced temperature controls and contains a much improved battery life. You can now pick from six temperature settings between 338° and 437° Fahrenheit which let's you receive the ideal vapor density. Just make sure you get a smart phone because that's all controlled from the Firefly program!

They then published an even bigger improvement on this Firefly 2 using the newest Firefly 2+ (Plus). Now you can charge to 80 percent in 20 minutes, which enables you to get up and running fast. The dock makes it easy to remember to leave to charge also. Although the battery is modest, they have expanded the entire life span through tech innovations and you can also substitute it on the go.

As it uses a convection heating system it provides some of the greatest vapor quality out of any of the mobile vaporizers on this listing. Despite the fact that you want to understand how to take a slower draw to utilize it properly, it is not that hard to pick up and learn. The Firefly 2+ also warms up almost immediately --no waiting for it to warm up.

Due to its design the Firefly 2+ is also super easy to clean and maintain. It not only looks great, but it is functional. That's clever layout!

4.

In addition to Volcano, Pax has been the face of vaporizers to get some time ago. The original rendition had a distinctive, sleek design that actually helped it stand out from the audience. The Pax 3 looks even better with fresh matte colors and has some huge improvements to boot.

You will find smaller vaporizers accessible, but Pax has really nailed it with all the ideal size for actions. It is awesome for hikes, skateboarding, snowboarding or anything else outside. It weighs only 93 grams that's pretty insane for each of the technology they pack into it.

It utilizes eyebrow sensing technologies to inform when you're using it, so it may heat up the chamber which is super dope. The vapor that you pull out of the device is surprisingly good also! It does run on a conduction oven which won't provide the subtle flavors of a convection vaporizer, but that will not matter for the majority of people.

They have also improved the battery life together with all the Pax 3. You are able to use it for around an hour an a half before needing to recharge. Charging is cool with the Pax 3 with the innovative charging dock. You can tell that many of engineering went into it.

Healthy Rips entered the fray a few years ago with all the Fury vaporizer. They promised to deliver food-grade air paths that use convection technology to heat the herb, and they've delivered. While their first two or three vaporizers were great, they have released a true winner in the Fury Edge.

The most notable part of the wholesome Rips Fury Edge is the fact that it delivers (largely ) convection in a small package. Until this stage in the event that you wanted a portable vaporizer that fits in your pocket, you were probably using conduction. While there is nothing wrong with conduction, convection is generally more efficient and delivers better flavour.

They've also packed a 2300 mAh battery into the Fury Edge which is a really good battery. Our main complaint with the Fury 2 was that it wasn't truly portable since the battery was so small (and not replaceable). That's fixed and the Fury Edge runs for over an hour in use that's fantastic. Also, but they have implemented USB-C charging. It charges fast and USB-C does not wear out like a mini USB.

Last but not least, one of the principal reasons why the Fury Edge is nearing the top of the list is because of the price. Sure, the Mighty and Ghost MV1 have significantly less draw resistance and also have greater flavour, but they are double the cost . If you're searching for an affordable, portable, unit you should check out the Fury Edge.

P. S. The wholesome Rips Fury Edge also gives you a variety of attachments you may use. If you would like to throw it in your pocket there is a plastic mouthpiece, or you can use a glass one while at home - entirely your choice.

6. Crafty+

The Crafty+ is your nimble little brother of this Mighty that is sitting up at the #1 place. Depending who you talk to, and what exactly you're searching for, the Crafty+ could choose the best spot since the most effective portable vaporizer.

It is cheaper and smaller than the Mighty which is fantastic, but there are a few downsides. It does not have a built-in screen which means you have to control the temperature settings in the app connected to a smart phone (which may not be possible because Apple banned vape programs ). In addition, the vapor it generates is not as cool as the Mighty.

It gives you nearly 90 minutes of rip-off of single charge. And in addition, it features pass-through charging so that you can use it while it's plugged .

If you're searching for a true portable unit though you'll need the Crafty+ over the Mighty. The Crafty+ is built tough too which means you don't really have to think about it rattling around a bit.

Just like all Volcano products, it has amazing vapor quality. It's a hybrid convection heating system that's impressive to get a vaporizer of the size.

7. Davinci IQ/MIQRO

Davinci has been making vaporizers for more than five decades now. They started off using the first Davinci Vaporizer and followed it up with the strong David Ascent. Their third merchandise is certainly their best portable vaporizer yet.

Perhaps the best thing about the Davinci IQ is the layout --it just looks downright sexy. It's a super sleek design with a stunning LED grid display. It looks like it could be an Apple device if they chose to dip their feet in the vaporizer marketplace.

Not only does it look great, but it functions good also. It delivers tasty vapor out of its own ceramic heating chamber which is a conduction heating system. It also includes a'flavour chamber' that lets you inhale dry herbs without having to grind them up.

If you're looking for a true, pocketable, portable vaporizer you are in luck. The Davinci IQ is small. It just weighs about 145 g which is tiny in comparison to many other mobile units. You may easily throw it into your pocket with your phone.

The battery will only last about an hour of use though, so be cautious. The batteries are replaceable so think about choosing an extra one up if you're going with the Davinci IQ.

Davinci also introduced the MIQRO vaporizer, which is quite similar to this IQ but has a more compact dimension and comes in at a lower cost point. While the battery lasts just a tiny bit less than the IQ, it's an wonderful little conduction vaporizer. If you'd like a little unit to throw in your pocket, you should definitely take a peek at the MIQRO.

Davinci published the IQ2 at 2020. It features fresh airflow controller that let's you alter the amount of air intake on the go. Additionally it's on-demand dosage technology which lets you monitor precisely how much you have vaporized (just works through the app that's currently not available on Apple apparatus ).

Arizer ArGo

The ArGo is short for Arizer Go. It is Arizer's first truly portable vaporizer because the mouthpiece retracts back into the unit. All Arizer's'portable' vaporizers have glass bits so you can not throw them into your pocket or bag--that is not true with the ArGo.

Even though it's little Arizer has not cut corners in their build quality too. This vaporizer feels sturdy and does not have the cheap plastic quality that you get with other components.

It has some of the vapor generation of all of the tiny vaporizers (Pax, Starry). They've used their conduction/convection heating technologies from their Solo 2 and Air 2, and set it in a smaller package. It's a pretty fast heat up time that will get you vaporizing in just under a minute.

Somehow Arizer also match a complete OLED screen on to this little vaporizer too. It's possible to view battery life and temperature directly on the ArGo, you don't have to download another app or anything like that. We much prefer vaporizers that have displays since programs can be somewhat gimmicky (and Apple has banned vape related apps).

The very best portion of this ArGo has to function as swappable batteries. You'll be able to buy extras and throw them into your pocket on the move. Swappable batteries also extends the life of your vaporizer as you don't need to simply toss it if the batteries weaken over time. That is a big bonus!

9.

The XMAX Starry is your lowest priced vaporizer on this listing, but it does not function like the cheapest. It is an awesome little vaporizer that's ideal for beginners looking for a starter, or veterans searching for a super portable unit.

The XMAX Starry is the best size to be obtained from the home on an experience. It weighs around 120 g which is at the smaller end of almost any mobile vaporizers you locate.  Just be cautious because the mouthpiece may get hot after prolonged use.

It warms up fairly quickly in around 20-30 minutes. The XMAX Starry supplies a complete spectrum of temperatures to choose from the OLED display. It is possible to play around and find the ideal setting. It is a conduction vaporizer though, so don't expect incredible flavor.

The V3 has an improved battery life which permits you to use it for around 80 minutes of usage. The batteries are also replaceable, so that you may keep extras with you for longer trips. They have also added a bigger bowl and fresh mouth piece that are definitely great to have too!

10.

Boundless has released a couple cheap products which have obtained the dry herb vaporizer world by storm. The CF/CFX are essentially a bad man's Crafty/Mighty: they're hybrid convection, they look like they have comparable sizes. Considering they are half the cost of the Volcano counterparts--that the CF/CFX are fairly impressive.

It's a relatively modest size and contains five different temperature settings. The battery is non-replaceable and will last you around 50 minutes of usage.

The Boundless CFX is your big brother. It is bulkier, but features a wonderful OLED screen which lets you select your exact temperature. Like the CF, the batteries are non-replaceable and will last you around 60 minutes of use.

What actually sets these two vaporizers apart from the crowd is their vapor quality. They have the very best vapor of any inexpensive vaporizer available at the moment. It's not quite on par with all the best, but it is definitely better than most. If you are just beginning with vaporizing, or can not afford a more expensive device, you will not be disappointed using the Boundless CF or CFX.
